About Us
Our community apartment has an unique concept.
It is like a share house/co-op community with a completely private apartment.
Our goal is to share quality time and experiences with each other while keeping in mind of each others privacy.
To do so we will open the small community garden to tenants and guests who want to join.
We also plan BBQs, hot pot parties, share Osechi(a special dish eaten on New Years) etc.
Upon the request we will invite our Airbnb guests to attend various events in the main house.
Tenants are invited to use our main traditional house and kura (Japanese old store room) for free as community area.
Following are our apartment features:
- Only 25 Minutes to Shinjuku from Keio Fuchu station by express
- An apartment located only 3 minutes walk from JR station.10-13 minutes walk to Keio Fuchu station.
- The building is beside an amazing typical Japanese garden
- Only a few minutes walk to a variety of restaurants such as sushi-bar, yakitori stand, 3 convenient stores, and fresh vegetable stand
- Close to a supermarket and many local attractions like Suntory Beer factory, Kyodonomori Park, and Ookuni shrine
